Transparent Google access

You choose what to connect.

Google sign-in and optional Google service connections are separate. ARVOS requests only the access needed for the action you choose, and Google shows the requested permissions before you approve them.

A secure way to identify you

Data
Email address, basic profile details, and profile image when available.
Purpose
Match you to an existing authorized ARVOS user and create your signed-in session.
Access
Signing in does not grant ARVOS access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar.
Optional organization connection

Gmail send permission

Data
Permission to send email from the Google account an organization administrator connects.
Purpose
Send messages for the ARVOS feature that initiated the connection.
Access
This permission does not allow ARVOS to read the connected account's inbox.

Google Calendar permission

Data
Calendar data and permission to manage calendars for the connected organization account.
Purpose
Support the organization calendar feature that initiated the connection.
Access
This permission requires a separate consent step and is never granted by Google sign-in alone.
